Just a few days until Christmas and I can’t wait. I already told you how much I love Christmas and I always know what I wear on Christmas Eve weeks before. Christmas Eve is probably my favorite day of the year, because my family comes together to celebrate it. Well, unfortunately not all of them. As my family lives all around the world there is no chance we’re all together. Also because we’re a lot. Believe me my family is huge but the ones living in Germany gather up at Christmas Eve and that’s pretty special. We rarely see each other during the year but Christmas Eve is our tradition. It’s a fun night with a lot of food and wine. There’re not many presents anymore because we’re all grown up but Christmas is not about presents anyway. It’s about spending time with the people you love.
But before I start to write an essay about how important my family is for me I like to tell you about my outfit. I usually dress up at Christmas because it’s a special day and a time for family pictures. And who doesn’t want to look good on pictures your grandparents will get out whenever they can 😉 So this year I looked for something special and festive and extraordinary. I am not a mainstream person and, as you know, I like labels which are different and designers who create things not everybody wears. So this year I will wear “Herr von Eden”. It’s a Berlin based label which makes male fashion. I love those suits. If you buy at Herr von Eden you always get the extraordinary. It’s designed for self-confident people who love to dress different but fashionably and they’re of really high quality made with great fabrics.
They made female fashion a while ago but stopped which is really sad. But (!) the suits they make are so awesome you can easily wear them as a woman. It depends on your style but I actually like male jackets, too. The one I am wearing is from a female collection though. If you’re lucky you can still find one at a vintage store.
